Meet Rachel.

Rachel offers a compassionate, creative, and individualized approach to counseling that is collaborative and nonjudgmental. In her work, Rachel blends elements of psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness-based strategies in order to best serve you and your goals. When working with Rachel, you will be supported in deepening your understanding of yourself and finding new ways to navigate life’s challenges. Rachel is extremely passionate about working with clients of all genders, sexual orientations, bodies, abilities, races, religions, and cultural backgrounds.

Rachel received her MSEd. in Mental Health Counseling from Hunter College and her BA in Psychology and Gender Studies from The New School. In addition to her work as a Mental Health Counselor, Rachel is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and enjoys spending her free time drinking iced coffee, listening to true crime podcasts, and writing music.
